The Phillips family has built homes in West Texas and Southern New Mexico for over four decades.  Phillips Homes was founded in 1963 by N.B. Phillips Jr., who established an unparalleled tradition of home building pride and excellence.  As time passed, the eldest of the sons began to show interest in the business and in 1978 under the training of his father, started supervising the construction of twelve entry level homes and completed his first home in 1979.  This became the foundation for his building career.  After a brief inactive period, Phillips Homes was re-established in 1998 by N.B.
